The fax notification will be sent from a Box Labs faxing number, but on the document itself your pharmacies fax number will be displayed

eFax for Minor Ailments
First complete a Minor Ailment
After a minor ailment has been submitted, you will notice that the Send Fax button is enabled at the bottom
eFax For MedsChecks
First complete a Medscheck
After a MedsCheck has been submitted, you will notice that the Send Fax button is enabled at the bottom
eFax Pop-up
From this page, you can preview the pdf document that will be sent, and select a fax number from the drop down. This is prepopulated with your Fillware/Kroll data and will contain the fax number of the prescribers which have at least one rx prescribed for this patient.
You can of course enter the number manually.
After clicking send, the list will refresh with a status of pending, after a while, the status will change to success or fail. You can use the icon on the left to resend failed faxes.
You can click the refresh button to view if the fax has been received.
Ensuring Your Fax is Sent and Received
First click the fax list button on the left menu bar
From this page, you can view all attempted faxes with the data filter, and apply the appropriate filter to view all failed or pending fax
If a fax has failed, you can resend it with the menu on the left
