At checkout, staff are automatically alerted when a patient is eligible for any clinical services. This helps pharmacies identify opportunities in real time while improving patient outcomes simultaneously. The Clinical Dashboard allows you to:

  • View eligible patient opportunities within a selected date range
  • Identify MedsCheck opportunities
  • Track prescription status
  • Filter prescriptions that are ready for pickup
  • Use built-in text messaging which enables instant communication with patients when prescriptions are ready

All POS modules work seamlessly with your existing dispensing and sales systems.
