To download and install Box Labs on your POS / pharmacy computers, follow the steps below:
Go to https://www.boxlabs.ca/
Click downloads on the top right hand side
Click Box Labs - New Repo
(As of January 2026, if you are an existing pharmacy using just our POS software and have not yet been migrated to our newly updated system, please click on the Old Repo button so your settings don’t get changed. Contact us in the live chat so we can move you over to the latest version as it requires database changes).
A new window will open up. On the latest release, click on the file ending with “exe” to download the software.
When the download finishes, click on the download icon, right click the file, and select open when done.
You will now see an installation popup. Wait for that to load. If prompted to let windows run the program, select run. The platform will open automatically and you can now log in.
Congratulations! You have now set up the Box Labs platform on your POS / computer!
