Types of Logins:
- Store login
- User login
Try to remember both because they are usually different.
Creating New Users:
To create a new user, go to the settings tab and then click on the users tab. Afterwards, click on the add user button on the right hand side.
A popup will appear prompting you to create a new employee. Fill out all of the information, set the user permissions accordingly, and then click on create. When making the password, make sure to make it something personal to the employee, do NOT make it the same as the store login password.
After clicking create, the new user has been added and you should now see it listed under users in the settings tab. Make sure to test it out by clicking the profile icon on the top right hand side of your screen, clicking switch user, and logging into that new user. If this is successful then congratulations! You have officially made a new user!
Box Labs requires the username and email to be the same, if there is a mismatch contact us in the live chat and we will update it properly within the database.
Resetting Your Store Password:
- Go to the settings tab
- Click the 3 dots by the store info
- Click change the store password
- Confirm
Resetting Your Specific User Password:
- Login to a specific user
- Click the account icon at the very top right
- Click my account
- Scroll down to enter password
- Confirm password
- Save
