User Roles and Permissions

Access and visibility is affected by the user permissions given when making a new user.

Below is a list of permissions and their descriptions:

Admin - Grants all permissions to the user besides Reports.

Reports - Allows the user to receive the weekly pharmacy reports sent by Box.

Inventory - Allows the user to manage inventory through Box.

Sale - Allows the user to use the point of sale (this should be active for all cashiers or pharmacists who will be using the POS).

System - Allows the user to edit and save settings.

Manager - Offers the same permissions as Admin.
