Receipts are automatically saved within the system and can be accessed at any time. To retrieve or reprint a receipt, navigate to the Transaction Report page, where you can search for and view past transactions.

If a transaction is linked to a patient, the receipt will also appear under the patient’s profile in Transaction History.

Receipts can additionally be accessed directly from the POS, where they may be emailed to the patient and saved locally (for example, to your desktop) if needed. You can find this after scanning the patient in.
