Adding Items To On Account:
You need to add the customer on the pos screen, then click the downwards arrow and click pay the invoice.
Then click which amount you’re going to be paying for.
It will show this screen:

If “On Account” Is Greyed Out On The POS Checkout Screen:
This usually happens when no patient is selected on the POS.
What may have occurred:
- Two patients were scanned in
- One patient was deleted
- Box automatically selected the most recently scanned patient, which was then removed
- As a result, no patient was actively selected when proceeding to payment
How to fix it:
- Click the Back button in the top-left corner
- Select the correct patient
- Proceed to payment again

Once a patient is selected, “Add to On Account” will be available.
