To permanently edit an item from your catalogue, follow the steps below:
Search for the item using the catalogue tab on the left toolbar, scan the item in the main POS screen, or search for it using the top navigation bar.
Click on the item and then click edit
Make any necessary changes. To remove tax simply check ZERO rated.
Quick Tip: The selling cost might NOT be the final price if you have a pricing strategy set. Please select the “force manual override” option to override the pricing strategy.
