Box Labs lets you quickly generate reports and clinical documents directly from a patient’s profile.
Accessing Patient Reports and Documents
Step 1: Open the patient profile.
Step 2: Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the profile.
Step 3: From this menu, you can generate the following patient-specific reports and forms:
- Medication Profile Report
- Medication Expense Report
- MedsCheck
- Flu Shot Documentation
- COVID Screening
- COVID Vaccine Documentation
- Pharmaceutical Opinion
- Minor Ailment Assessment
- Frequency of Dispensing Form
- Naloxone Kit Billing Form
- Vacation Supply Form
Example: Medication Profile Report
When generating a Medication Profile Report from the patient profile:
- The patient’s name and current date are automatically pre-filled.
- This reduces manual entry and speeds up completion.
- Once reviewed, the report can be exported as a PDF for printing or record keeping easily.
