Processing A Refund / Free Sale In Box Labs:
Scan in the product on the POS screen, click on it, and select refund.
If you have an overpayment on an account, click on the free sale option at the top and type the amount in, but make it a negative.
For example, if you need to refund $5.00 you would do this:
