The Box Labs built-in scheduler allows you to create appointment types, set availability, and access your public booking link.
Accessing the Scheduler
- Click the calendar icon in the left toolbar to open the scheduler.
Creating a New Appointment Type
- In the scheduler, click add new appointment type in the top-right corner.
- Enter the following details:
- Appointment name
- Appointment type (for example, Flu Vaccines)
- Duration
- Click Save.

Setting Appointment Availability
Weekly Hours:
- Click show times to view custom time slots.
- Click the plus (+) icons to add availability for specific days of the week.
- Enter the desired time slots and save your changes.
Date-Specific Hours:
- Scroll down and click the hours button.
- A pop-up will appear allowing you to enter date-specific availability.
- Enter the correct information and click save.

Accessing and Testing the Appointment Booking Link
- Navigate to the settings tab.
- Click scheduler. The same appointment type and availability setup can also be managed from this screen.
- In settings, locate the pharmacy information section at the top.
- Click the three dots in the top-right hand corner.
- Select Download QR Code.

- A PDF will open.
- Scroll down to find the appointment booking page link.
- Open the link in your browser.
- Complete the booking form and submit it to test your new appointment type.
- If successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
