Submitting Orders and Updating McKesson Credentials

Updating McKesson Credentials In Box Labs


If you are trying to submit an order and keep getting a message that says invalid credentials when submitting an order, proceed with the following steps:

  • You will need to change your McKesson password
    • Click the settings icon in Box Labs
    • Scroll down to McKesson settings
    • Change the password
    • Scroll back up
    • Click save settings
    • Then close the Box Labs window and restart it
    • You will have to log in and out

Quick Tip: You need to be using the same password as the one for Pharmaclick, so if it doesn’t work try to log into there, and then copy the password over to Box Labs.
