1. Go to Settings in the left tool bar 2. Click on the Users Tab
3. Click Add User to add a full user, or Add PIN User : a pin user is a user that is only for that local store and has limited privileges’ - the advantage of a PIN user is quick and easy pin entry to access the software.
4. Fill this out in its entirety - please note that if the user already has another Box Labs account at a different location , the password entered here will not be used. The password will be the same as was set at their other account.
