- Enter the desired amount of the free sale WITHOUT the decimal place in the blue field followed by the ENTER key.
e.g. if you want to enter $16.54 you would enter 1654
For a payout you would enter a negative amount : e.g. -1654 for $16.54 being paid out
- Indicate if this is a taxable item or not (ZERO RATED=ZERO Tax), you can also optionally enter a description.
- Continue the transaction by clicking CONTINUE (CTRL+ENTER) and choose the method of payment as you usually would.
Note for a payout you must enter a negative value into the cash field you do this by first enter the dollar amount and then hitting the “NEGATIVE” key on your keyboard.
