Box currently supported two main communication methods.
To send email reminder, you can go to your intervention dashboard, select the patients you want to contact then click email. This is more useful if you need to filter for a intervention type
Alternatively, you can also go to RXs page and send reminder email from there, this is more useful if you need to filter for a drug name
NOTE: Box currently only support a fixed RX reminder template when sending emails from the Rx Page.
Text Messaging
Select patient profile -> patient
After clicking the text button, you’ll be prompt a dialog to select a text number with prefilled content.
Please note: You’ll have to update Kroll or Fillware phone number if the patient is synced from your dispensing system
