Box Labs makes it easy for walk-in patients to sign consent and receive interaction.
- If the client is already a patient of the pharmacy, begin by searching the patients name in the top search bar
- Select the desired patient and then click on the three dots on the top right of the patient profile.
- Select Flu Shot, COVID vaccine or whatever interaction the client is walking in for
- Complete the relevant fields
- If you have a dual screen device or a signature pad you can capture signature by clicking on the link in image below under the CONSENT tab.

Option 2: Client is New to the Pharmacy
- Download the QR Code from the settings section within the Box Labs Platform. You only need to do this one time, this QR Code will enable walk-in patients to register and sign consent on their mobile device.
- Once the PDF opens print the QR Code , also please ensure that the service you want is checked off in the settings section - see below:
- Display this QR Code to enable user to Sign up and Sign Consent Form
- Once they have signed up online their consent form will appear in the appropriate filter on the clinical dashboard
- The rest of the steps are the same as shown above
