Sync Server Problems

This article guides users through updating and enabling sync server on the Box platform for accurate data on the POS terminal and server computer.

If you notice that the data is not up to date on your Box platform or the sync server indicator is RED please go through the following steps.

  1. Download latest version of Box Labs Software on
    1. POS terminal
    2. Server Computer
    3. Β

  1. Right-click on the Box app on the Server Computer first and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
  1. Then Go to the POS terminal and Open the Box App

  1. Click On Sync Server Enable on the login screen.

  1. Ensure that both above checkboxes are checked Off and then click SAVE AND RESTART SERVER
  1. Click on CLOSE to close this dialogue Box.
  1. Login as usual.
